Every time a player passes on a hunt, the hunt numbers for the creatures should be reduced 5%. |
-1 because people would be able to do alot more hunts at low lvs and they wont have to buy hunter artifacts till later on. |
-1 Here's what you could do:
1. Play super-easy hunts.
2. Keep passing by till it gets super-easy again.
3. Repeat the process.
And now you have a character that is FL 9 on CL 9. |
..and HG 15 |
Well theives kinda already do that... So theoretically they can have similar stats |

I think you should consider the numbers before stating this.
1 increase from winning is 33%. It would take 7 passes to lower it back to before the win level.
An active player may be able to pass on 14 or so hunts per day.
This would enable an active player to gain 2 HG points and 1 FSP per day without raising the hunt difficulty.
There are 6000 HG points needed for HG 10. Approximately 2000, can be achieved by "regular" hunting either level 14 in min arts or level 12 in max arts. That leaves 4000 points to go. With the passing system, at 2 HG points per day it would take 2000 additional days to get to HG 10. That's 6 years.
Bottom line is right now, HG 10 is beyond reach for most players and HG 12 might as well not exist. |
P.s. the best hunter is currently:
Brilliant [15] at HG 8 and 3337 points.
I would think he is stuck for the most hunts and can't win anymore even in max arts.
And he is only half way to HG 10. |
P.p.s.
I was also thinking that may be it should be a 2% decrease for a pass and 5% decrease for a loss.
That would motivate people to fight more than just pass.
I didn't invent this idea. I just think HG guild should function a little more like TG does. Because right now HG levels 10 and above just can't happen. |
anything to give life to the hunters guild +1 |
Bring back hunt assistance!
(I mean 0 xp, max 0.25 fsp, 0.1 hgp for assistant) |
I was also thinking that may be it should be a 2% decrease for a pass and 5% decrease for a loss.
That would motivate people to fight more than just pass.

The everybody will opt for hunt while hunters will need to beg and never gain results in hunt |

That would motivate people to fight more than just pass.
This sounds better, +1 |
Maybe there can be a minimum difficulty of hunts based on your combat level.
i.e. The difficulty of the hunt does not decrease any further once it reaches a certain minimum deemed as easily winnable by the player of any specific combat level.
This is to prevent people from
1. Play super-easy hunts.
2. Keep passing by till it gets super-easy again.
3. Repeat the process.
And even the most 'stat-whoring' player who spends 6 years getting HG 10 will not be a low CL 9 but mathematically formulated to reach at least CL 15. |
-1 i just dont like the idea:/ |
maybe better to throw more creature to this game. not only in hunt, but also mercenary guest and (maybe) thief ambush. |
+1 I like this idea
help bypassing enroll penalty |

sorry.
my mistake, i remembered wrong. it is 30%, not 33%.
but that doesn't significantly change the other numbers. |
