Don't lose that also!Some times when the level indicates challenging and you won,you will gain results in hunt!So don't often pass difficult hunts. |
Plus, don't be afraid to attack new creatures. The difficulty level is relevant to the gold record hunt result. Meaning, the higher the first hunt's counter (gold record) of that creature is, the lower your current hunt's difficulty will be. So, in new creatures (termagants, grotesques, Gogs, Magogs, evil eyes, Beholders, Bears, Goblin riders, Hell Reapers etc etc etc etc etc) the difficulty is still unstable, meaning rarely someone would reach his limits of that hunt at top, so difficulty signal will be barely yellow and higher, though the hunt will still be easy in min AP |

ive tried hard with new creatures such that the red level(once with 32 dryads ) has turned into 532 dryads as yellow level .

The difficulty of hunts is not random!
I mean the number of creatures you get.
The number always increases by 30% if you kill them all (or less than 30% if you've asked for assistance).
For example:
08-07-11 13:39: nayyart[9] vs Hell horses (52)
It means that the next time you will see Hell horses it will be 67 of them since 52*1.3 = 67.6
And no matter how many times you'll pass by Hell horses, you'll never get less than 67 Hell horses (i.e. no randomness here).
Other example:
08-05-11 15:35: nayyart[9], AWS123[9] vs Goblins (2267)
My guess is that the next time you'll see Goblins it will be about 2647 of them since 2267*(1+(0.28/0.5)*0.3) = 2647.856
I miss the times when we had randomness (you could also get 2/3, 1/2 or 1/3 of the number you killed last time on your next hunt).

Correction:
for example, if you've just killed Hell horses (52) then by the old rules next time you would get one of these numbers of them (rounded down):
52*1.3 = 67.6
or
52*(1+0.3*(2/3)) = 62.4
or
52*(1+0.3*(1/2)) = 59.8
or
52*(1+0.3*(1/3)) = 57.2
And in case of 2/3, 1/2, 1/3 the difficulty of your next hunt stays the same, i.e. again one of them numbers: 67, 62, 59, or 57. |
At a time like that...just skip the hunt and try an ambush or merc mission. I do that all the time :) |

i would prefer saying this :
Next amount of troops = troops * 1.69^(fsp won)
And try to think about sharing hunts if you are not trying hunt records... Each hunt you ve got a % to loot arts (HG% + 3%) so more you hunt more chance to loot arts and less troops you will have to face next hunt!
Think about it.
