What exactly do these numbers in brackets mean?
Durability: 60/60 (60) |
It's full durability i think, please remove it if this comment is wrong. |
It shows the original full durability of an artifact for eg if we get Sword of might reaaired 3 times it's durability will be 70/77(80) (80) represents original full durability and they only show this in enchanted arts |
Durability: 10 <--- that's what an unused item look like in my inverntory... Maybe it has something to do with repairing... |

If the first number goes down to 0 (for every fight you lose 1 durability), you can't use the item anymore. Then you have to sell it to Empire or repair it (let it have repaired). |
It basically means that the item has full use. It can be used 60 times. So when its 45/60 it means you can use it 45 more times till it needs to be sold or repaired. You can repair it at someones blacksmith if you don't have one. Or use the empires which is on the map :) |
empire has a blacksmith? |
Number in brackets people!!(60) |

empire has a blacksmith?
People use complex words to explain simple things. What it was meant by the mighty phrase "sell to Empire" is simply clicking the "Sell for ..." button next to the item in your inventory.
Contrary to popular belief, the item will not be sold to Empire. It will just vanish (probably due to a delete query executed on the game's database). The question whether Empire has a blacksmith or not is irrelevant. You can browse the almost 600 pages in its transfer log to find out if it ever built one.
So remember: Empire is not the item fairy that magically buys and repairs the things of people that no longer have a use for them. If you want your item repaired, you need to repair it yourself or transfer it to someone who does that (even Empire thought I doubt it ever will). |
OK, let's break this down.
X / Y (Z) is what you're seeing.
X is Current Durability
Y Is CURRENT Max durability (changed due to repairing)
Z is Actual original Max Durability.
(Z) only appears when an item has a variable original max durability. Such as the Event arts where the durability is based on your wins in the event. (Z) appears to make sure people don't cheat and sell items off as if they were "near new".
For example: Without (Z), I can use a 56/56 Pit Demon Blade and keep repairing it until 0/51, repair it at a 90% smith to 45/50 and pretend it was a 50/50 durability Blade that I had used 5 times instead of one I had used about hundred of times. |
Thanks guys! |
