3.27.1. Clan ownership can be passed to another character free of charge only. Clan treasury must be transferred to the new leader and deposited in full to the clan treasury (except paid commission).

| There is no rule that says you can't. |
Sorry for the double post,
If the person whom you are transferring your clan to refuses to give back your leadership, then you might to be able to reclaim it back. Do this only if the person is someone you know/trust. |
