let's say i enroll at 5: 00 then he enrolls at 5:20 then me and him stops at 5:30 then i can enroll at 6:00 and he can only enroll at 6:20? is it like this?

you work for an hour so you can enroll again an hour since your last enroll

Yes.

You can only enroll once per hour, so if you enrolled at 5:00, your next enroll needs to be at 6:00. If you enrolled at 5:20, your next enroll needs to be at 6:20.

Each facility has a <Workshift ends at:> entry. That's when the Gold is given out, but does not affect your enrollment start/end
