what does the (13.12) +6.9 mean? | The 13.12 means the amount of faction points that character has for the Knight faction.
The +6.9 means that until the next faction level as Knight, that character needs 6.9 more faction points (as Knight) | Here you have a table with what you get for each faction level: https://www.lordswm.com/help.php?section=10
(the second table is Faction skill table)
