| TheoTheGreat has some point. DE racial ability definitely lost some value with the new barb ability, but still like moro88 said: in full arted battles and with use of talent for resistance it still has some use... |
even if a dark elf used magic very rare there racial was rubbish ... but now its worse.
still it can be useful against
magic shields that creatures E.G golems have
magical immunities that creatures E.G gargs and black dragons have
plus like moro said magic resisitance from enchants

a DE caster is a real deadly challenge.
it's real hard to reduce their magic effect by any enchanted armor or art or even by antimagic spell coz they would pierce through your armour.and you say their ability is useless? |
| Haven't played for DE for long enough to get a good opinion, but as far as I'm concerned DEs don't really use their racial ability. I guess it'll change soon too ;) |

| Pierce is complettly useless ability for majority of DEs. For most players it is like DEs wouldnt have any special ability at all. |

i seen a battle of antos with kusika.
with expert light magic, antos cast antimagic on his creature and the damage made by kusika is low.
thus, piercing is not useless at all. |

even if you look in other games. dark elves are not a Might class.
they are warlocks.mixed of magic and might
and if most players go for might build does this means DE racial should be changed because its useless for that group? |
