I am trying to sell off some gems at this factory when I observe the following.
Moments before the new enrolment period starts, resources at the factory look like this.

Wood 2 184 143.93 / 144 -
Crystals 2 373 148.93 / 144 -
Gems 2 373 148.93 / 144 -
Nickel 1 1706 71.72 / 72 -
----
How you could possibly have 148 resources when there is a limit of 144 is interesting, but this in not the weirdest thing.
When the new Enrolment period starts every few seconds I refresh the screen waiting for people to enrol, but this time people are slow and no one actually enrols for the first 30 seconds. However the resource levels at the factory change despite no enrolments. And the weird thing is, the resources being stocked go up, not down, even though the maximum number is already being exceeded.
After the first refresh, there are no enrolments, but the resource levels look like this:

A few seconds later I refresh again. Again no enrolments, but resources stocked look like this:

In fact over the next 10 seconds Crystals and Gems go up to 152.93 before it stops, and the first person enrols.
Because this happened I'd be lucky to sell a single gem before the roster is filled.
So can anyone explain why this is happening?

If the surplus resources is wiped out from the facilities..You know how many resources is wasted?Thats why admin decided to keep em
