I just wanted to ask if additional characters/multis can post artifacts on the market. I checked the rules again but I just wanted to make sure that it is allowed. Thanks.

They can post artifacts on the market, with the exception of rare artifacts.
Rare artifacts are any items that are not displayed in the Artifact shop and that cannot be acquired in hunt.
