As per topic...
My interpretation is no, according to 3.13.6, elements should be considered as rare item, hence cannot be sold...
I just want to make sure, or anyone else has other interpretations?? |
| yes elements can be sold by multis. Elements don't come under rare items. Bcause in forum, you can make a post to buy/sell elements in miscellaneous section not in rare items section. |
3.13.6. Additional characters are not allowed to buy, trade or exchange rare/set artifacts and Thieves' Guild invitations(TGIs）.
The "Rare" refers to artifacts, not elements, which is defined in the line below:
Rare artifacts are any items that are not displayed in the Artifact shop and that cannot be acquired in hunt. |

No. Game rules not deny any method of selling elements by multies, until:
- no interraction with your other multis or main char
- price of elements is equal to current market prices range. |
