(5) = number of people that enrolled at that shift
crys41, gaming_prince, _Del-Piero_, HERETYK, Quephalash = names from the people that enrolled
[8], [2], [0], [1], [7]= their LG level
179 = default wage
7.9= number of goods produced |

I believe 7.9 is the total LG bonus of all the enrolled workers.
But what 179 - 7.9 means, I'm not quite sure. Is that a minus sign, thus making it a formula of sort? |

179 means wage .
wage* net productivity(7.9) gives gold that facility lost in that shift as payment to workers |
