I know just one case when it could happen - in the end of hour. E.g. you're trying to enter the code in 6:59 and the time is switching to 7:00, so the code is changed but you don't see it until refresh the page. I've met this case several times and always was in panic... :) | I try many times and variation, but no victory. :(
Yes, after time the "wanted code" changed, and i can enroll with no problem.
