I believe Senior Genies can cast a random Holy spell up to advance Holy level 1-3, which include Dispersion.
So, can/will Senior Genies cast a random Dispersion spell on a stack that has no negative spells on it?

Massively off topic but I just noitced your MV emblem is not displayed when you performing moderating actions.
As for the question I have never seen senior genies cast dispersion on a clean stack. Hence I would guess it is not truly random in the true sense of the word. |
