Author | rapid vs delay |
how it works?
i don't understand why my troops has a lower initiative when they got spell rapid and delay
exaple:
1) guard have 9.4 ini
2) Clerics cast Rapid on Guardians for 9 turns. (30%)
3) guard have 12.2 ini (+2.8)
4) Hell reapers cast Delay on Guardians for 13 turns. (30%)
5) guard have 8.6 ini (-0.8)
even if the spells were reversed then ini is lower
sb can explain this? |
30% of 12,2 is 3,66 so when 12,2-3,66= 8,6 (approx.) |
even if the spells were reversed then ini is lower |
Delay doesn't reverse the rapid spell. It acts on the initiative at the point when the spell was cast. |
Delay is always stronger than rapid. It works like this:
9,4*(1+0,3)*(1-0,3)=8,6 |
For example: You have $10
A guy took away your 30% of $10($3)..a moment later you found out and you put back 30% of your current money $7 x 30% = $2.10..and you found that you loss $0.9
It's depends on number and not reverse it like you think |
thx
anyway it sucks |
Delay is always stronger than rapid.
Very true. Even advanced delay (-30%) is stronger than expert rapid (+40%). |
