after reading many time seems your question is =
If a clan leader having 7 million gold (total) and then he deposits 5 million in clan. after that he get to know that he is gonna get block so he transfers the clan to his any of the mate. but after that he is saved from blocking in that case, will his 5 million gold gone or he can get them again?
For this i will say he cannot transfer the clan when the gold is in the clan. he need to withdraw all gold before handling leadership to someone else |

| I don't know according to the new rules, but before you could not transfer clan leadership with gold in the clan treasury, so if this is still as a rule he has to withdraw the gold from the clan to trasfer the leadership and die with 12 million, or he can leave the gold in the clan and still die with 7 million and the clan has no leader. This is ofc unless someone hacks his account :P |

Well 5 million will be lost for the new leader. Because the old leader sucked up 5 mil trying to get back in the black. When he returns the money to the clan... he only can return 2 million |
| The leader, when he transfers leadership to the new leader (and before he dies) is allowed to transfer all the clan assets to the new leader and ignore the gift/donation rules. This was verified by Arctic quite some time ago when WG and WGW first changed hands from Silverhand to me. |
