| You can send the message to the Secretary and she'll sort that out. As for the transfers, you can post it in the Complaints: Finance & others section in the forum. |

Open the mail
click on 'reply' button
in To: column, change the name of the person to Secretary,and send it to 'Secretary'
It may take some time for the action to be taken as there are a lot of violations, so kindly be patient.
The above procedure is complaint against the abusive language.
