Cape of magical power 28/40 - 21.5k

Calculation :

New Cape of magical power :
(40*368) + 10000 = 24720

1 fight costs 217
12 fights costs 2604
24720 - 2604 = 22116 Gold

so, i want sell for 21.5k Gold

Cheap, right ?
