3.14. There are limits for transfers intended as presents or loans. Maximum size of debt that can be owed to all other players in total is 20,000 * [Combat level] gold. The maximum term for loans is 1 month, unless the comments to the transfers state a shorter period.
With your loan you didn't specify a shorter period in the comment, so according to the rules, the loan duration is the default, 1 month. wiz_hero technically has 'til 15 January 2011 to pay it back.

From the above it looks like wiz_hero also owes coolahead money. The transfers *may* have been to pay back those loans. IMO, you should have been paid back first, but there is no such requirement in the game rules.
Have you tried PMing wiz_hero to talk about having the loan paid back? Sometimes a simple PM can solve your problems.
If so, remind him/her of this rule -
3.17. The Administration does not take responsibility for the unreturned debts and does not guarantee compensation in case of swindling by other players; as well as in case if the debtor has been blocked. When a loan is not returned in time, (the time must be written in the transfer logs, no more than a month) the swindler will be imposed a penalty of a sum twice as much. If the term isn't posted in the transfer logs, the penalty will occur 1 month after the loan transaction. The creditor does not get compensation.
Please be very aware of that last sentence. It's very important and a good reason not to give loans unless you have a *very good* reason to trust the person to whom you are giving the loan.
