These news are are reigning proof the Empress has to be rescued from whomever controls Her mind! How could Her Majesty pass up the opportunity of a cure for Her malady without that meaning She does not want to be cured? How could She possibly wish to remain sick?

Well overall Arctic will not be permanently blocked.
