It depends on what type of battles are you into.
Hunts=Max rouges>Minos>Bandits(If you have any extras.
GB/EFOs/Duels=Max Minos>Rouges |
| And some Bandits for easy retal takers :S |

I reckon for dark elf level 4, Max Rogues -> Max Mino's -> Max bandits-poisioners.
I dont know if this is the best way, but this is how i'd do it. |
