There is nothing that you really can do!! You will have to wait to a response from the admin or just talk to Arctic about it and then you will probably have to wait untill they find the problem and actually decide to repay you or not, normally it really is not the case that they pay back. Since its not even that expensive.

I"m not first. I play in rusian server and there too this problem sometimes. Thanks for answers. I realy bought two sword.
Maybe this sword have not very big price but it vexed and sorrowfully. |

You either didn't buy it, or, if you did, you accidentally sold it to state.
I have checked the system. There is no way an artifact can vaporize.
There is no way to check which one of the two it was.
