You get the workaholic penalty by enrolling 10 times in a row without winning a combat. It will lower you down to 90% with 10% less each time you continue to enroll without a battle.
Quote from Grand Update two:
The workaholic penalty is now completely relieved only in case if the lord receives at least 0.5 skill points in the victorious combat. Otherwise, only a fraction of the penalty is relieved, proportional to the FSP received.
That means, you need to earn .5 skill points to get rid of the penalty completely. Less than that will get rid of it, but for less time, (before it comes back), than the usual 10 turns. |
