This would be great for fighting wars such as the current one against the undead, but could also be a new type of GB.
The idea:
1) 3 Lords of different factions form one side, taking each 2 stacks of their preferred creatures to battle (wich can then be divided as they wish)
2) Each Lord applies his bonuses (arts and from experience tables) to his own creatures, except for initiative
3) The initiative bonus for all creatures is an average of the 3 Lords initiative (so all creatures would be balanced between them in play)
4) The 3 heroes remain until end of battle even if all of their creatures die
The pros:
-New strategies required
-Whole different concept of cooperation (much more important in such battles)
-A chance to see in action a side formed by creatures from differents factions
The cons:
-Probably too much trouble for the game encoders to make it happen
-Low level players would probably find it hard to tune up a joint strategy
