hi, i want some answer. U have blocked my chars Alfy and Alfalfo. Maybe u blocked them because i pass money from Alfalfo to Alfy to CREATE A CLAN, as i said it. This is alfalfo payment´s clan. I dont spend the money, waiting u to accept my clan creation and put this money into de clan.
Anyway, if u still blocked me i want all my spend money back. 80ˆ from Alfy and 60 or 80, i dont rememeber from Alfalfo.
I "buyed" some that i cannot enjoy it. My attorneys said me this isnt legal. So i want a answer NOW, or i demand u.

assume you didnt do that, you had break the rules. yet, donate diamond doesnt mean you have the right to break the rules :)

Either Alfy or Alfalfo had to be an additional character. Thus transfers between the characters were not legal.

My answer is: what have "alfy" win if i cheats? money? its only to create a clan, as i said I DO NOT SPEND THE MONEY ( u can see it ), i only prefer to create the clan with alfy than with alfalfo ( alfalfo will be in the clan too )

3.10. It is allowed to create additional characters to familiarize yourself with features of other factions. Additional character must be completely independent; remember, that multichars created for financial profiting of the main character in any way are blocked without hesitation. One player may have up to 3 characters (one main and two extras).

If your combat level is below the 3rd and you can't use the private mail - either raise your level or ask your friends or clanmates. Contacting the Administration via "Queries & Help" is SENSELESS.
Feel free to contact the administration the *right* way. Given that you have broken rules, all you can hope is for the block to be transformed in gold penalty (but don't hold your breath!) |

You chose to ignore the rules. The rule doesn;t specify that the money has to be spent for an infringment to occur.
Perhaps you should have read the rules more closely before spending money on the game?
