And at once after that, in the ambush put by me in the min AP, I have caught marked_one in full arts and it fought.

When catching marked_one in full arts, it AFK, such occurs repeatedly, I ask it to punish... | When I watched marked_one's fight,he always do this..

im not always at pc but i play even if dont have time to deploy. Here i wasnt there when i caught him but still played it even tho without deploying i had no chance to win.

How many it is possible? | Okay, it is what it is. On the one hand it's pretty obvious that a player can't be watching his ambush progress all the time sitting in front of the computer and waiting until it clicks. But on the other hand it's very suspicious when a player loses in min AP all the time/most of the times in TG and all of a sudden he doesn't miss the fights in TG when wearing fullarts and facing an opponent in min AP.
And yes, it can't be happening on a constant note. No way.
So in my humble opinion you're this or that way responsible for your character and if you place an ambush you have to keep an eye on it's progress.
It's rather hard to prove whether such a combat was lost on purpose or it happened by a chance simply because a player missed his/her ambush. But if you have some additional facts and evidence that can prove that a player who have just lost a combat in min AP vs fullarts 'probably intentionally' is involved in an in-game activity right after that 'probably AFK fight', for example some financial activity in his transfer log, or that player engages in a new combat, or starts a card match almost instantly after that 'probably AFK fight' that is enough to consider he was aware of that previous 'probably AFK fight' and it was definitely lost by intention.
To cut a long story short, please state ALL of your facts and evidence that the combat was lost by intention. And I promise I revise all those complaints and make sure that those players that break that 3.16 rule are fined.
