No wisdom arts OR talents are available at level 3. Your problem is that you've kept increasing your attack parameter instead of knowledge every time you levelled up.
Use the potion of oblivion. I would highly recommend depleting all the of the points you put into attack and reassigning them to knowledge; for Necros Mana is needed more, especially in the early levels. |
