Just try to find the mistake:
11x15 is the basic damage based on spell power = 165.
165x1.15 is damage to neutrals with 5 MH arts = 189,75
189,75x4 is the faction modifier for 6 faction level = 759 to neutrals. |
| There is a mistake on the racial calculator, it's 165 dmg from speel power * 0,5 * wizard racial level + 2, so it goes up to 759, Omega22 is right. |

i calculated bad :P
that +2 means 100% spell dmg + 300% spell dmg from racial 6 :P |
