I must admit that I hardly understand my question when reading it right now >.< I was asking if it has been recently "on maintenance" (click on it as if you wanted to enroll on it and you'll see what I'm talking about), or if it has always been that way since we can enroll in it.
Now I think of it, I think it has always been on maintenance, but I'm not sure though.
