There were many topics about which server is better and what are the advantages playing here and there. As someone who has the account on both servers (on .ru I'm 11 lvl knight)I believe I can compare the two worlds, from technical,social,financial and warfare tactical sides.
Let's begin with warfare tactical sides. Basic stats tables are similar, so the only thing that might influence is the level. I will not go into higher levels that eventually will appear here as well. I will focus solely on levels 1-14. The gameplay is the same. There are good players here and there. The difference is that maximum amount of players online here is ~2k, while there it gets closer to 20k, thus turning the competition to advance to much more fierce and diverse. Advantage for .ru
Social. After reading forum on this server, i get a sense of relative pureness. People from this server are looking to play, and not to offend and humiliate other people as they do on forum of .ru. Definite advantage for .com
Financial: Once again the main difference, is the amount of people online, making the process of trading much more diverse. for most players, workers guild is 95% of their income. Advantage for .ru
Technical. It goes without saying, that the map is bigger on .ru, and there are frequent events which diverse the routine along with additional prices and rare (very expensive) artifacts. Advantage for .ru
In conclusion, .ru looks as more complete server in almost all areas of the game, except only one thing. This server (despite it's relatively old age) stands at the beginning. Players here can mold this world to be what ever they like, with it's own history,legends and heroes. I think it can be very captivating to build something good instead of being a small moth with no real value or influence on developed server. I do want to make this one better, and not turn it to social dump as .ru

And how exactly do you propose to do this ? Because from my point of view, we can't ban cheaters, we can't restore resources and artifacts in mines...and we can't make new and exciting tournaments.
All the above are in the hands of admins. We can only do hunts, enroll at mines and play the same tournament over and over again. And all this gets pretty boring as time passes by... |

the problem i believe is that russians are not good at english;p they don't understand what is actually the thread wants to say. they just come and say "we r better than you,we can defeat you blah blah blah".this thread is totally different dudes. |

False... The main income - is developed economy , trading , that cannot be here with a very low online.

i like the vision that we can create anything we want cause we are at the beginning never thought of it that way. but we need a way to creat right now we exist, hunt enroll fight repeat, but there is no life in it. they are fun but very repetitive and we are looking for something to shake it up so that way when the shake up is over the calm of the routine is nice again. we do not have the power to do this sadly though.

Do you know who is the most legendary character on .ru? - Shrek, some one who was the first person to achieve 80 mil. exp. and was ratings leader for a long long time. That is how the ratings legend was born.
Do you know who is the richest player on .ru? - DiStefano - someone who gained over 30 mil. through trading/loans/working and such. - commerce legend was born
There are many more over there ... and no such players here. Here is your opening to become a living .com legend. There are so many additional possibilities. If you want events, than ask for them. .ru server brings money to admins pocket. I assume that this one does not.

Developed economy?! - Ridiculous. If want want proof that it's not true and read Russian, read the survey post on .ru server - "what is your main source of income"
During event's such as war, if you're lucky enough, you can make some serious money up to 300% of original arts/recourses prices.
Other tactics is constantly purchase some art/element on the market, thus controlling it's lowest prices (not really worth it). |

one word to the developed economy on .ru. If some guys make huge money on trading, that implies that others lose huge money on trading.
So rich players on .ru are actually a sign of many victims who lose or waste money on trading by selling too low or buying too high. |

I rly cant understand the logic of admins. I mean 20k ppl on ru is that much? if com server would have the same attention of admins as ru there would be 40k ppl on com..

I think he/she was referring to the fact that english-speakers in the world are the majority (after Chinese-speakers and Spanish-speakers), and certainly only a minority of the world understand russian ... so this server has higher potentials to reach a huge number of people ... |

1. This kind of legends are born in a game were admins are online most of the time. Over here we have to many cheaters and admins do nothing about it.
So forget about trying to become the most rich player in the game, unless you plan to scam other players and have a lot of multi characters pouring gold into your main account.
As for being the player with the most experience in the game ? Over here the most experience is gained in the ONLY tournament we have. So just do that tournament in full arts over and over again. Play it good, do some staged PvP battles and you get there.
As for the money: A lot of us are ready to invest money into this game if we are going to see some decent admin activity. Right now, admins DO NOTHING at all. Not even a simple response to a town hall meeting we had several months ago...
And this lack of interest from the admins really hurt us, the players ... |
