I believe he's complaining that someone is blackmailing him. He's not asking if it is legal for him to blackmail others.
You should report the person blackmailing you. And then report yourself for your illegal transfers. Admins may be more lenient for those reporting themselves. |

1.No, blackmailing people is against the rules. (not to mention morale)
2.No, as far as I know, there is no reward for reporting players, besides the good feeling that someone cheating got what he deserved. It is much easier to get a forum BAN at C&A than a reward. I never heard of a case that someone was rewarded for reporting.(of course it doesnt mean it never happened, just unlikely) |
