hi the leader of my clan zcn has been blocked is there anyway u could change the leadership 2 me

clan name is blade of honour its on my page

3.29. In case if the clan Leader becomes blocked, it is possible to transfer clan leadership to the clan Treasurer. To do so, the Treasurer should contact any active Administration representative. If the clan had no Treasurer by the moment the clan Leader was blocked, the clan leadership is lost. Any funds paid or donated to such a clan will not be returned.
