i'm a bit confused. today i read the rules once again, i haven't done so for a long time.
now here:

in part 3.21. there is written:
Leasing artifacts, Thief Guild Invitation and other non-monetary valuables is allowed.
is this a mistake or a new rule i missed? i thought that leasing TGI is considered illegal - because you aren't able to return it within one month.
(this is statet in part 3.33.
The Administration considers it impossible to reach Thief Guild level 5 from the very beginning in a period of one month. Therefore, leasing Thief Guild invitations becomes forbidden since December, 01, 2009. Players caught in both dealing and acquiring TGis at any cost significantly different from the market prices will be fined severely.)
i guess they just forgott to erase the first statement. but this could sure confuse new gamers (and some old alike). | sorry for double post, but thinking about it i guess this thread should be moved to "problems and errors"
