Authorhow much hunting gold ?
https://www.lordswm.com/warlog.php?warid=490333559
614 bandits=98+185=283 gold

https://www.lordswm.com/warlog.php?warid=490766845
1273 bandits=533 gold

so 1 bandit = 0.461 gold ? or 0.419 gold ?

what about others ? and the most hunting gold is ?
The gold gained from hunts has nothing to do with the creature hunted, or the number of them.

For example, 12 Angels could give 219 gold, and the next round 15 Angels could give 180.
omg!
your 12angels gave 219gold . my 24 angels gave 197gold...WTF ??
in short words...this can be just said as " " RANDOM " "
#3 You missed the point. Read the first row of post #2.
hmm... what's the min and the max u can hunt? 10~1000 gold ?
Its not completely random. Generally, the more creatures there are, the bigger gold pile they guard. Look at those lower tier record hunts, each loot exceeds 1k.
The hunt gold works on the same principle as the start initiative in each battle or like the damage range of creatures.

For example:
1 farmer = 0.4 to 0.8 gold

100 farmer x 0.8 gold = 80 gold reward
130 farmer x 0.4 gold = 52 gold reward
I have had identical hunts...with different gold amounts for each one. It is pretty random ^

Is that confirmed by someone who knows?
IT would make sense if it was like that, but the difference is just so huge.

Just comparing my 12 Angels to Brilliants 380 Angels; Mine deals 18,25 g/critter and his only 1,4447368... g/critter. Assuming it is calculated the way you say, and Brilliant had hit the same multiplier as I did, would he have recieved 6935g in that hunt?

I haven't seen anyone with gold-loots like that, so I have just assumed it's not calced that way, and instead probably based on HG-level.
I suspect the formula is much more complicated than that.

N = number of creatures
X = random number from gold range

Maybe....
(N*X)^(0.3)

This would account for the gold deviation between similar hunt numbers, but at the same time larger hunt numbers increase the gold (but not proportionally).
Why would they complicate the formula so much?

And how come sometimes you get resources too? How is that calculated?
Actually, larger numbers seem to decrease the gold/creature. xD
Like my first 25 farmers giving 51 gold (2,04 per farmer) and MasterTI's 89737 giving "only" 1342 gold (0,014954... per farmer).

My theory about HG-level being the factor doesn't suit either, just looking at the variety of creatures on faced recently, and their rewards.

The formula could be quite complex actually. Things like AP could even be counted in to "reach the cap" so to speak. (Example: For a lvl 10 with 9AP gold-reward is "30%", and with 36AP it would be "100%".)
It could also include things like "if your HG-lvl > Creature HG-lvl then formula = " like it is with damage.

@TS: Fun topic, but without an admin we can only speculate. It's "random", within some parameters set by a hidden code.
ap cannot be part of formula because you see how much gold you get for hunt before setup
Why would they complicate the formula so much?
The example formula I proposed is no where near as complicated as their other formulas (damage and luck):

And how come sometimes you get resources too? How is that calculated?
This could easily be calculated by deducting the gold reward with map pricing for resources. A single line code could be inserted to randomly generate whether resources could be included in the reward and if so, then deduct the correct amount from the gold reward.

Things like AP could even be counted
I find this highly unlikely because you can see how much gold a hunt gives you before you do the hunt.

Yaya, sue me. :P
I haven't actually checked if what they "guard" is what you get at the end of the battle, but yes, AP probably isn't accounted for in regards to gold.
If something has an impact on the gold, it should mainly be your HG level.
Hunting the creatures doesn't give you the gold
Try reading the hunt thing next time

You are hunting them because they are guarding the gold, so you take the gold they were guarding

It is not one set price
Is amount of looting gold depends on Clv ?
well the topic is going extremely off topic....

the answer is its random

there is no such formula as 100 * 0.4 which determines the gold those all are player interpretations

they only thing that HG affects is

assisting
Looting arts
Getting resources
and double tracking

it also gives you +1 attack per HG level
and newer creatures are unlocked per HG level

In a similar thread about july 2008 arctic gave the answer(c)
"HG only determines the gold in a certain way that is a random amount range is fixed per Hg and you get any random gold in that range in case of looting resources, 180 gold is deducted from the loot if there is one resource and 360 if 2 resources are looted. The hunter arts looted have nothing to do with the gold."

*this is what i could recall from my memory
