| 3.27.1. Clan ownership can only be passed to another character either free of charge, or for the cost of its registration, i.e. 30,000 gold. In case of Military clan it can only be transferred free of charge after consulting the new candidate for leadership with the clan members. Such consulting must be held in the "Clans" section of the forum. |

Simply put:
No. It is not legal.
You can only sell a clan at 0 gold, or for the price at creation of clan. Previously, clan creation costed 30 000 gold, so clans created at that time can be sold for 0 or 30 000 gold. Clans created after that at the cost of 50 000 gold can be sold for 0 or 50 000 gold. |
