Anyway, the information your clan websites could offer isn't so important. Maybe a simple forum would do, but unless it is an huge, active, important clan, no one will ever use or even visit it.
If you really have time to waste doing websites for no one, you could try searching for a free host without advertisments like www.byehost.com or many others and then you should install a content management system script like www.joomla.org or a free forum script like www.phpbb.com or one of the many others.
Of course, if you have time and desire to learn, you can try making one yourself. Good tutorials on how to make websites from zero just using notepad, can be found here www.w3schools.com but be warned, it's not something that you're going to finish in one day.
