in this battle my elvens initiative was 11.5 nad orc's initiative was 11.3 so why did the orcs turn came first?

You do have a better chance, but with the two initiatives so close together its basically a coin toss who goes first. | | ok then thanks | | at the beginning of the battle, each stack gets a random ini boost of 0-10%. so 11.3 can go before 11.5, but as battle progresses, 11.5 extra ini will accumulate and it will go first. |
