i think it is because like this....
nnt000 said that he will be leaving the game soon....
so he was giving all his gold weapons to many players....
so many of them where imposed penalty....
it is illegal according to lordswm rules.... |
i was playing with my main character that time....
name : FIREBLAZER
it was also blocked.....
because it was recently hacked and he hacker took my gold and my clan....
you can see that in the second page of the transfer log.... |

This very case had come up some time ago.
The block was issued seeing illegal transfers later many players stated that this happened to them and they did not ask the sender for any gold or arts it was his wish
so they were fined exactly how much they recieved and then matter was closed though not all players were fined properly |
After being fined he withdraw 200000 gold from the 183 clan account. I think its illegal too and he can be block againg. Dont understand to his risky behavior. I understand he had -gold so he couldnt buy anything, but better way would be to take a loan from some players than "steal" gold from clan account. I hope he put the money back to clan account later, but this type of clan loan is forbiden anyway.

and btw when nnt000 send bow to me for 25k plus some arts of mine, he had much gold arts and elements so it was below 30% so it could just be a gift, i shouldnt get any penalty but dont want to argue with such a players who only are looking for anything bad in logs

why not?
wealth is only classed as gold + resources & leather, not artifacts held, but artifacts gifted mustnt exceed 30% of gold + resources + leather per month, also it's per month altogether, not 30% for each person, so if it was two people it'd be 15% to each person, or any other number that doesnt exceed 30% when totaled together

| #13 Because nnt000 gave everything he had to other players. And I checked transfer log of dziadu for last 2 month and ones he donated 200k to clan account from his own gold, but also withdrawn 75k and now withdrawn 200k so it is still not clear enough. |

i withdrawn some cash 50k for new clan, which i created application almost 2 months ago and still im waiting, my gold from arts was 300k and 200k i took when penalty i got -275k

I think he has taken some my gold D: I have marked my donations :D using red paint.
* we have a deal that those who payed more then others, will receive some money (that he paid), when the clan's funds will be in better condition. He took it now ;] cause the situation was special....

I deeply checked the log from 11.5.2010 and
Total gold received from other players for clan = 2 314 815
Total gold deposit to clan account = 2 569 460
So dziadu deposited more money to clan account and it was 254 645 more
Gold withdrawn from clan account = 200 000 + 23 000 + 30 000 + 6 000 = 259 000
So it is +- ok:) |

i guess that the answer is given that the reason dziadu was blocked was a misconception and instead of blocking him he was fined as the mistake was not his...so why flare up the issue
