Authorwtf?! speed increasement?!

i was doing a tournament, and i came till some infected zombies.
i run the whole tiem with them and attack with hero
but after a while they get instead of 4 speed 6 speed!
is this normal?!

After every 10 turns of neutral creatures their speed increases by 1. So after 20 turns their speed would be 6.
