hi all
this is krishna here, today a person named larren told me that he'll give me 10 crystals for 1000 gold and i transffered him 1000 gold and now he is not replying my messages. what to do now. i know 1000 gold is not a big anmount for u all but for me its a very big amount. |
You currently have 1502 gold. The 1000 you transferred would have made your total, at the time, 2502 gold. This makes the 1000 gold transfer approximately 40% of your current worth.
You aren't permitted to send gifts of more than 30% of your current worth, so th only legal way you have of sending that much money to another player is as a loan. Since it could only be classified as a loan you may want to remind larren about General Rule 3.17.
3.17. The Administration does not take responsibility for the unreturned debts and does not guarantee compensation in case of swindling by other players. When a loan is not returned in time, (the time must be written in the transfer logs, no more than a month) the swindler will be imposed a penalty of a sum twice as much. If the term isn't posted in the transfer logs, the penalty will occur 1 month after the loan transaction. The creditor does not get compensation.
Unfortunately if larren chooses not to return your money, you won't receive compensation. However he would be penalised 2000 gold eventually, so this might convince him to return the money.
