| lots of times i buy an artifact and then try to enroll in the facility. but sometimes, the gold just vanishes in less than a second. there are no additional resources sold to the facility, and no people have enrolled. what happens to this gold? |

| maybe i am too slow, but that is not the question. the question is: since no one enrolls, and no one sells resources, where does the gold go? see post #1. |

| the people get paid as soon as they enroll. and i am sure that no one enrolled, no one sold resources. i was buying a wiz cap, so i checked all the resources and people enrolled, so that as soon as i bought the cap i could enroll and sell resources. i bought the cap, tried to enroll but couldn't, because the gold 'vanished'. not only that, but the exact amount of gold that i paid disappeared. before i bought the cap, balance was 81 gold, after i bought it, still 81 gold. |

OMG! I have enrolled 4.649 times and I never get paid instant. It always takes up to 60 minutes, till I have my gold. Is this a bug? Who should I inform? |

You get the gold at the end of the factory`s SHIFT. Factory loses gold(amount you will get later) at the second you enroll. |
| sorry, i meant that the gold is removed from the factory, and given to players at end of the shift. but what i mean was that it is not possible for gold to vanish at the end of the workshift when people get paid as said in post #6. it is removed from factory as soon as someone enrolls, and given to players later. |
