I think it is hard to fight against people by exp,it is too hard. this suggestion will easy the way of arrangement of top players.
I think we can vote for people and the more the character voted (by level,1-14) the higher he(r) rank.

please have a comment | So you suggest that instead of PLAYING this game to be the best, you have to be VOTED... ? And you want this because it's hard to play against a lvl 14 player? Why do you want to fight him? Win your way up there, then fight him. Nothing is unfair.
People would make zounds of accounts to vote for their main just to be the best.
