can anyoane explain whith more detail how this works?
How can U calculate the max amount to sent as present?
You can send only 30% of your wealth.I will give you an example like if you have 10,000 gold then you can give only 3,000 as gift.
Your (monetary) wealth is consider to be Gold and any resources you have (Wood, Ore, Mercury, Sulphur, Crystals and Gems).

3.15. Large transfers for the reason of leaving the game etc. are forbidden. Presents must not exceed 30% of the monetary property of the character per month. Monetary property is considered: gold + seven primary resources (wood, ore, mercury, sulfur, crystals, gems, leather) only. Rare trophies, Thief invitations, etc. transferred as gifts are valued at market price.

Grunge
Interesting, I never noticed before that the rule considers Leather to be a primary resource.

Grunge
Yes - Leather is also included.

Wood/ore/Leather are counted as a gold value of 185g each
Mercury/Sulphur/Crystals & Gems are counted as 369g each

Just total your gold plus the gold value of all your resources and you can gift 30% of this amount in total each month.

** it is NOT 30% per gift but overall
I think, I don't understand now...
Example:
One player player has Laborers guild lvl 5... He enrols approximately 7 times per day... It means about 210 times in a month. His monetary property per month (30 days) can be then 175 gold*3(LG 5)*210 = 110.250 gold + some resources
Does it mean that this player could send about 33k as gift to other player?
Have I mistaken? Could someone explain it in any good example?
No he can send only 33% of actual wealth he has now. And he can do it only ones per month
#6 It doesn't matter how much he enrolled or how much he spent or how much he won at the lottery. All it matters is how much GOLD + RESOURCES (the ones mentioned earlier) evaluated in gold he has. Multiply this value by 0.3 and you get the maximum limit* of gold you are allowed send as gift to someone. Remember, you are also limited* to only one gift per month.

* limited BY THE RULES (the game allows you to send any amount of gold you have, any time you want - but that's not the point)
But it is a little bit crazy, isn't it? If a player has actually 500k, he could send 150k as gift?

Seriously though, unless the character concerned is a multi supporting a main, or is panning to quit the game for good, no one is gonna really give 150,000 gold as a gift..

Now if you are head over heels in 'love' with someone, and is trying to impress her (or him!), then it's a different story altogether. :p
:) I have one friend in real life who finished playing this game but he still owns about 220k... So he could send me about 66k but I am still not sure about it.... Isn't it the rule breaking? Unless it is, no problem then :op

If it was a loan and it has not been repaid then he could send you whatever gold he has to repay the loan before he quits. But he can not send you 30% of his total assest when quiting the game. Per rule 3.15 stated above.
Thanx DragonFlayer, I forgot this rule. I finally understand :)
Multiplay the gold by 0.3 and you will get 30% of it:)
