| I have just joined a few hours ago and searching around, i noticed that people own estates that can be rented. how do you get one to rent out to other people? | at this point you can only buy 1 from the market.
but it will cost a fortune to get 1. | You would have to buy one off from the market.
But who knows how many thousand enrolls it will take to actually buy one...over 5000 for sure...and that's not counting leveling up.
Sometime ago, I saw an estate for 1,400,000 (No added Zero's), and it was a 1.5 star one, if my memory serves me correctly.
You can also use the estate to store money and a certain amount of artifacts.
Keep in mind you will need to build buildings "within" the estate to further your renting success. | Supposedly, Estates are put up for auction by the Empire once a while. But so far, there has only been 1 auction so far, of about 50 lots. I'm sure someone will enlighten us with the exact number. :)
So another way to own an Estate is to wait for another round of auction, and bid for one. | @4
Who knows how long that will be, though.
And who knows when an estate will be put up for auction by a player...
Just keep enrolling and save your money only for the most needed necessities. | | They are overpriced, status symbols. I had a lot of gold laying around...and figured "why not put it into an estate." Now I find myself needing gold for my Tier 7 creatures...so after having sunk over 2 million gold into my estate...was it worth it? I feel not, at this time, anyway. |
