Helping a hunt does not reset your waiting time for a hunt.
Even if you chose the MH License, the littlest amount of time to wait for another hunt would be 20 minutes.
Hunts for level 3 and onwards - 40-60 min.
2 and Lower - 20-30 min.
So, the MH License grants 50% more hunts, and thus your time would be halved, being 20-30 min. until May 31st.
