| kheng, one of my clan mate in #279, got his account hacked by the player named Harb007 and this guy has changed kheng's email account also. anyone know how to help him to get out of this bad condition? Is it helpful to write any of the admin account? Who knows it please help. thanks in advance. |
No it is not possible to recover account if you have lost your email.
Try to avoid scams and dont try to cheat. Only way to get diamonds is to buy them with real money through donating. |
Also...the word "hacked" doesnt include situation when you send your password to someone.. NEVER send your password.

| kheng still can login the account and changed the passwd, but the hacked can know his passwd also for the email has been changed. so he is in a very bad condition yet. he has also changed the email address back but it need 3 days to set a new one. what's idea for this condition? |

hack is when a true hacker, eg somebody that uses techno to hack ur password
The person got the password over PM this is not hacking it is theft |
So here is the situation, kheng, who by the way recieves 35000 gold from Herb007, can access his account or not? I am still not getting this thing.
In these cases administration will probably just block all involved accounts. They cannot change passwords, emails and give them to people. Its against policy and probably against law too. So contacting administration wont do any good for scammed players.. |
He was saying the thief changed the registered e-mail address after getting on the account, and now his friend has to wait for 3 days (initially, after he changed the password) to change again the e-mail add. Right now the thief used password recovery to get the new password.
For post 4, would have been worse if the thief got to change both password and e-mail add. right away, no? |

cheaters cannot be stopped. kheng will get her account back only when
the user of herb007 dies |
