Authorrate of element reward

Hi, I had heard rumors that rate for element could be busted.
Therefore I kept track, and it seems the worst situation happened, or not yet.

these are the past rewards, about 1/7 is the percentage,
now I am 90, still without any further reward in elements.
Is it expected with 26 continuous blank missions?

If you can get 2 in a row; then you can have 26 blanks.
