What's the bow penality ???
i some a lot of players banned on forum with this pennality and some characters blocked too :( |

It means "Block By Own" will.
People usually do this on their multis by asking a mod so that they never post on the forums with a multi. |

this things used to be asked by players who wanted to have a forum\chat ban or getting blocked but now it isn`t allowed for players to ask for it :) |
