as far as i can see, you would need more than 60 talent points to have those 2 talents. For innate swiftness, you need advanced morale, and for tactics you need advanced offence. As we only get 5 talent points per level after level 5, 60 talent points are not possible.
If i've worked this out wrong, please correct me! |
