i think the arts look lower when it is repaired, why dont have guild increasing the art's durability with resources?
we can save money from buying new arts when durability is 0/1
the upgrade of weapon have not to be always, it should have limit of upgrade per arts:
such as weapon can be upgraded 2 or 3 times only that increase 25% of the arts durability.

This is ok, but then what will the new guild's name be? What is the maximum skill levels and everything? Please list the specifics.

This is also good, such that it won't be abused, but then people who want to train that guild would have a very hard time training it. | sorry, i will not do it anymore. I will make 2 in 1 topic if i have suggestion.

One more thing I noted:
You stated that the guild's effect would have the durability increased by 25%
But that wouldn't work, as 1*1.25%=1.25 rounded off to 1.
Therefore I suggests instead of a percentage add a whole number, or else allowing durability-increasing every time, unlike smiths guild. | Maybe rhe new levels of smiths' guild would enable the smith to repair an item beyond it's maximal durability. The maximal durability would still decrease with each repair, just the item would remain for a longer time.
Eg: Smiths' Guild lvl 10: 110% repair. So a SoM after first repair would be: 86/79 |
