It would be better if you could get skill point on every purchase on artifact shop , then each skill point you get would allow you to get disscount for next purchase , lets say 3-5 % discount for every point .
9x3% = 27% max diss
9x5% = 45% max diss

err, what about those who just stays online even when afk so they do not have to log in to enroll each time? (chuckle)
